666ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Gambling is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. If we have reason to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending age verification. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 666ph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any open Bets, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 666ph will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 666ph immediately by contacting our support team. 666ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 666ph may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable identification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Philippine passport, driver's license, or government-issued ID. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be required.
666ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 666ph does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion fees are applied to transactions.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. These thresholds are subject to change at 666ph's discretion, with reasonable notice provided to Players.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited to your Wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes; bank transfers may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. 666ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 666ph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances, as permitted by Applicable Law. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
All Bets placed on the 666ph Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections — including the event, market, stake amount, and odds — before confirming any Bet. 666ph will not accept requests to cancel or amend a Bet after it has been confirmed, except where expressly permitted under these Terms or applicable game-specific rules.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to Bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your Bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation. 666ph reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, or void any market at its discretion, including in cases of suspected match-fixing, data errors, or regulatory requirements.
A Bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the market is suspended prior to the event commencing; an obvious pricing error is identified; or the Bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where a Bet is voided, the stake will be returned to your Wallet.
666ph reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual Bets or across specific markets. These limits will be communicated within the relevant market or game rules. Any winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout limit will be capped at that limit.
Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes and may be suspended at any time during an event. 666ph accepts no liability for delays in the transmission of live data that may affect the odds displayed. Bets placed on live markets are subject to the same rules as pre-match Bets unless otherwise specified.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 666ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude 666ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Applicable Law.

666ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your Account, any pending Bets that were placed in good faith prior to termination will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules. Any balance remaining in your Wallet following settlement of pending Bets will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to 666ph.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 666ph's customer support team. We will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of an internal dispute resolution process may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR in accordance with applicable regulatory procedures.
666ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.
The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.
